At The Carolton, you will find:
Our inpatient program provides the specialized physical and occupational therapy, nursing care and supervised setting you need when a hospital stay is over but you aren’t yet ready to return home. Our clean, modern patient rooms all feature WiFi, private bathrooms and more. When you are ready to return home, you can stay within our continuum of care by transitioning to our outpatient program.

Our outpatient program accommodates patients who have returned directly home from a hospital stay; patients referred from their private physician; and patients transitioning from our own inpatient program.

Personalized, 1-on-1 therapy programs lead to outstanding results. We provide services seven days a week and limit the amount of patient appointments each day to ensure we spend the time with you that you need and you never feel rushed.

Our team of 34 licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists , many with orthopedic, neurological and geriatric specialties, take the time to get to know each patient, their medical history, and their families.
