Our goal is to maximize our patients' independence and physical functioning in an environment that is comfortable, supportive and offers home-like amenities.

Specialized, experienced therapy staff
Our therapists are carefully selected; most are full-time, long-standing Carolton staff with a high level of experience and expertise. You will find they blend the right amount of support and motivation to achieve results and reach your goals.
