The Carolton Convalescent Hospital offers one of the most modern and best-equipped inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation facilities in the area as well as a team of expert professionals. We recognize the importance of providing speech, occupational and/or physical therapy designed to meet the individual needs of each patient.

We're a team
We work with each patient who chooses The Carolton Chronic & Convalescent Hospital for their outpatient rehabilitation services to develop a customized program based on their needs and abilities. We focus on providing therapy sessions that are challenging and at a pace comfortable to the patient. We recognize providing successful therapy is as much about working through emotional challenges to regain confidence as it is about relearning and rediscovering physical abilities.

Our facilities and staff
The Carolton offers one of the most modern and best-equipped outpatient rehabilitation facilities in the area. Our 4,000 square foot, modern and fully equipped rehabilitation center includes a three-room "apartment" setting within our therapy area for patients to practice activities of daily living therapies.

The rehabilitation center is staffed by a carefully selected team of physical, occupational and speech therapists. Most of our therapists are full-time, long-standing Carolton staff members with a high level of experience and expertise.
